Bearded Alpha does not charge any fees, and there are no contracts or commitments. You are free to cancel your membership at any time.

Not only is there no commitment to join, but as a member of Bearded Alpha, you will enjoy the best pricing for all of our products and access to exclusive offers and events.

When you join Bearded Alpha, you’ll receive a monthly shipment from us based on the box you have selected.

Your first box will arrive as described.  When you submit your first order, your account will automatically be created and you can login to your member profile to: edit your address and account information, view your past orders, view and edit your next subscription, and change your renewal date.

Because our subscription has no fees or commitment, you’re free to cancel your subscription at anytime. But always remember that as a member of Bearded Alpha, you will enjoy the best pricing for all of our products and access to exclusive offers and events.

As a member of Bearded Alpha, you are signing up for a monthly membership.

Although we do not do one-time orders, you do have the ability to change your renewal date to any date in the future. Since Bearded Alpha requires no commitment, you are also free to cancel your account at any time.

MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS

You can cancel your account at any time, but we’d hate to see you and your beard go!

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to cancel. But we can easily help you with that. 

If you’d still like to cancel, then you can do that by going into your account then click on “Subscriptions”.

Remember, just because you may not be getting products on a monthly basis, you are still part of the Club! This means you have access to Bearded Alpha merchandise, receive beard care tips, still part of our Rewards program and more! 

If at any point, you need more beard products and would like to Reactivate, you can simply log back into your account and re-activate your old subscription or start your next box from scratch.

Yes! If you’d like to wait longer than 30 days to receive your next box, you can change your renewal date to 2 or 3 months in the future. By doing this, you are effectively putting your subscription on hold until that selected date.

Please note that monthly billing will resume at the time of the newly selected renewal date.

 

Any member can change the renewal date for their subscription at any time! 

What does this mean? If your beard is particularly thirsty, you can move the next renewal sooner. If you have laid away ample stores of product for that beautiful mane of yours or if you’d simply like to wait longer than 30 days to receive your next shipment, you have the ability to change your renewal date to either every 2 months or every 3 months in the future. 

First things first, log in to your account. 

Click the subscription tab, click View, then scroll down to Change Subscription.

 

 

You can find your subscription settings inside of your My Account Dashboard. Simply login to your account and select ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’. From here you have the ability to completely customize and manage your subscription, including the renewal date.

 

 

If you need more time to finish the products that you received in your last box before you receive your next shipment, you can login to your account dashboard at any time to edit the renewal date for your subscription. You can change this date to be for 1, 2 or 3 months in the future.

We do not technically offer the specific ability to create a gift subscription.

However, you always have the ability to create a new account under an email address that you own. Providing your own payment information to this account and using the name and shipping address for a friend or family member will effectively send them a subscription as a gift.

Please note that you cannot sign up for a new account with an email address already associated with a Bearded Alpha account.

MY BEARD BOX

Yes! You can change the items in your box at anytime. Simply visit the ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ tab inside of your member profile. From here, you have the ability to add or remove any products to your subscription.

Login to your account dashboard and click the red and white button “EDIT YOUR NEXT BEARD KIT”

Click “START HERE”

Now you can easily go down the list of available products to add or remove from your next kit.

Click YES or NO.

 

If you have received your box but something is missing, reach out to our support team and they will send out a shipment right away with any missing products.

Just let them know:

  1. The first and last name on your accounts
  2. The email associated with your account
  3. The product(s) missing from your box

This rarely happens, but if you have received your box with spilled products in it, simply reach out to our support team. They’ll get a replacement product sent out to you right away.

SHIPPING

Order Handling Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your beard box has shipped. Keep a lookout in your inbox for emails from Bearded Alpha.

US orders:

  • For Standard Shipping at checkout, your box should arrive within 4-10 business days from when you ordered it.

Bearded Alpha accepts returns on a case-by-case basis and generally only processes returns for items that were incorrectly shipped. Refunds or credits may be applied to your account if the items in your box are damaged, broken, or incorrect.

Please note that Bearded Alpha is a subscription service which sends a monthly box to the shipping address that you provided when signing up. Orders sent to you on your monthly renewal date with your normal recurring subscription items are not eligible for return and will not be refunded.

If you have received your box with damaged, broken, or incorrect items, then reach out to our support team. They will process your return and refund your account if applicable.

If you wanted to change an item in your subscription but couldn’t edit your order before it processed to ship our support team will be happy to assist you in exchanging this item. A credit or charge will be processed to your account according to the difference in pricing of the original item shipped and the item exchanged.

If your shipment contains a backordered item, we will automatically delay your shipment until we have the item back in stock – generally no longer than 7 business days.

If you feel that your backordered box may be delivered too closely to your next shipment date, you can change your renewal date at any time.

You can have your order shipped to anywhere in the United States or Canada.

 

We currently only ship to the United States.

While we do not currently ship outside of  America, we’re working on it! Stay in touch with us on social media for updates on international shipping.

We do not currently ship to APO addresses. However, if you have a request, reach out to our support team and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

You can edit your shipping address at any time. Here’s how:

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We do not currently accept checks as a form of payment. Please use any major credit card to complete payment through the website.

*Please note that we do payout our brand ambassadors through paypal. 

We bill monthly for all of our members. We do not currently offer a yearly subscription or the ability to pay for an entire year up front.

 

BILLING

Your subscription will renew automatically each month on the date that you created your first order. You will be billed accordingly for each month of beard products sent to you.

 

You can view, and edit your billing information at any time! Here’s how:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on the “Payment Method” tab
3. In that tab, you can add card you want on file. You will be overwriting the information that is already there.
4. When you’re done, click “ADD PAYMENT METHOD” and you’re all set!

Your information has now been updated.

You can edit your billing address at any time. Here’s how:

  1. Login to your “My Account” dashboard and select the ‘ADDRESSES’ tab.
  2. To edit an address, select the ‘EDIT’ button listed next to the billing address
  3. Add your new address then click “SAVE ADDRESS”

TECHINICAL PROBLEMS

If you’re having trouble viewing the website, try these quick fixes:

  • Quite your browser completely and clear your cache. Open a new browser to https://beardedalpha.com and you should be good to go!
  • If you’re using Google Chrome or FireFox try using an Incognito (or Private) window 
    • For Chrome: File > New Incognito Window
    • For Firefox: File > New Private Window
