(Also known as Jojoba oil) is widely used in skin care products because of its ability to moisturize the skin, reduce acne, and combat signs of aging. This is because jojoba oil mimics the skin’s natural sebum more closely than any other oil.

Additionally, balancing oil production is helpful for those on the other end of the spectrum that produce too much oil, which can cause breakouts. Lastly, jojoba oil is an emollient, which means it moisturizes the skin and prevents dry, scaly and rough patches.
Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil
Macadamia ternifolia seed oil is a lightweight oil that is absorbed quickly by the skin without feeling greasy. The high content of oleic acid found in macadamia ternifolia seed oil is very moisturising, regenerating, and softening on the skin.
The linoleic acid enables this ingredient to nourish and hydrate the skin by replenishing the skin’s barrier. A strong, intact skin barrier helps to prevent water loss and keeps harmful environmental irritants out of the skin. The result is smooth, moisturized, healthy skin. These fatty acids also have anti-inflammatory properties, which is ideal for treating dry or irritated skin.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is one of the essential vitamins for hair. It’s beneficial for hair. Vitamin E is one of the types of vitamins that melt in fat and consists of some chemical compounds, including compounds Tocotrionolat and Tocofrolat.
Vitamin E also contains a lot of antioxidants that contribute to the promotion of hair health. And protection from exposure to many of the health problems caused by some harmful environmental factors such as sunlight, dry air, dust, which is related to hair follicles.
Vitamin E may increase blood flow, which is said to improve hair health. Researchers in one 1999 study found that high doses of vitamin E increased blood flow to the eyes in people with type 1 diabetes.

Bearded Alpha does not charge any fees, and there are no contracts or commitments. You are free to cancel your membership at any time.

Can I Try Just One Box?
As a member of Bearded Alpha, you are signing up for a monthly membership.
Although we do not do one-time orders, you do have the ability to change your renewal date to any date in the future. Since Bearded Alpha requires no commitment, you are also free to cancel your account at any time.
What Can I Expect When I Join?
When you join Bearded Alpha, you’ll receive a monthly shipment from us based on the box you have selected.
Your first box will arrive as described. When you submit your first order, your account will automatically be created and you can login to your member profile to: edit your address and account information, view your past orders, view and edit your next subscription, and change your renewal date.
Because our subscription has no fees or commitment, you’re free to cancel your subscription at anytime. But always remember that as a member of Bearded Alpha, you will enjoy the best pricing for all of our products and access to exclusive offers and events.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel your account at any time, but we’d hate to see you and your beard go!
How Can I Cancel My Subscription?
We’re sorry to hear you’d like to cancel. But we can easily help you with that.
If you’d still like to cancel, then you can do that by going into your account then click on “Subscriptions”.

Remember, just because you may not be getting products on a monthly basis, you are still part of the Club! This means you have access to Bearded Alpha merchandise, receive beard care tips, still part of our Rewards program and more!
If at any point, you need more beard products and would like to Reactivate, you can simply log back into your account and re-activate your old subscription or start your next box from scratch.

Can I Place My Subscription on Hold?
Yes! If you’d like to wait longer than 30 days to receive your next box, you can change your renewal date to 2 or 3 months in the future. By doing this, you are effectively putting your subscription on hold until that selected date.
Please note that monthly billing will resume at the time of the newly selected renewal date.
How Do I Change the Renewal Date for My Subscription?
Any member can change the renewal date for their subscription at any time!
What does this mean? If your beard is particularly thirsty, you can move the next renewal sooner. If you have laid away ample stores of product for that beautiful mane of yours or if you’d simply like to wait longer than 30 days to receive your next shipment, you have the ability to change your renewal date to either every 2 months or every 3 months in the future.
First things first, log in to your account.
Click the subscription tab, click View, then scroll down to Change Subscription.
Where Are My Subscription Settings?
You can find your subscription settings inside of your My Account Dashboard. Simply login to your account and select ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’. From here you have the ability to completely customize and manage your subscription, including the renewal date.
What if it Takes Me Longer Than a Month to Use the Products in My Box?
If you need more time to finish the products that you received in your last box before you receive your next shipment, you can login to your account dashboard at any time to edit the renewal date for your subscription. You can change this date to be for 1, 2 or 3 months in the future.
Can I Sign Up for a Subscription as a Gift for a Friend or Family Member?
We do not technically offer the specific ability to create a gift subscription.
However, you always have the ability to create a new account under an email address that you own. Providing your own payment information to this account and using the name and shipping address for a friend or family member will effectively send them a subscription as a gift.
Please note that you cannot sign up for a new account with an email address already associated with a Bearded Alpha account.

Can I Change the Items in My Box?
Yes! You can change the items in your box at anytime. Simply visit the ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ tab inside of your member profile. From here, you have the ability to add or remove any products to your subscription.
How Do I Add or Remove Products for my next Box?
Login to your account dashboard and click the red and white button “EDIT YOUR NEXT BEARD KIT”
Click “START HERE”
Now you can easily go down the list of available products to add or remove from your next kit.
Click YES or NO.
There are Product(s) Missing from My Box
If you have received your box but something is missing, reach out to our support team and they will send out a shipment right away with any missing products.
Just let them know:
- The first and last name on your accounts
- The email associated with your account
- The product(s) missing from your box

I Received My Order, but the Product(s) in My Box are Damaged or Have Spilled.
This rarely happens, but if you have received your box with spilled products in it, simply reach out to our support team. They’ll get a replacement product sent out to you right away.

- Which product(s) have are damaged or spilled
